The epoxy mica intermediate paint can be used as a high-performance intermediate layer to protect the primer film and enhance the protective performance of the entire coating. It has good adhesion, flexibility, abrasion resistance and sealing performance.
be careful:
(1) The amount of paint used this time should be estimated before the paint is mixed, and the amount of paint used must be used up within 8 hours, otherwise the quality of the paint will be reduced, or even gelatinized and scrapped.
(2) Paint and curing agent should be blended according to the specified ratio, and should not be roughly estimated, otherwise it will seriously affect the quality of the paint film.
(3) Avoid water in the whole process of painting, dry the bottom, filter and dehydrate the compressed air, and discharge water regularly from the air compressor. Rain, fog, cold and humid weather are not conducive to the curing of the paint film.
(4) The surface of the paint film is dry for 0.5h at room temperature, and it is hard-dried for 24h. It takes 7 days for the paint film to reach the state for complete curing.
Security measures:
(1) Care should be taken to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
(2) If the paint touches the skin, it should be cleaned with warm water or a suitable cleaning agent. If the paint comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
(3) Ensure good ventilation.
(4) The paint contains combustible substances, please stay away from sparks and prohibit smoking in nearby areas.
(5) Observe all health and safety regulations on site.
