Fluorocarbon Exterior Wall Paint
The exterior wall fluorocarbon paint has excellent characteristics such as long weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, good stain resistance, rich decorative effects, and good coating hardness and toughness. However, the cost is relatively high, and it is only used for high-end buildings. Currently, the only fluororesin coatings applied to exterior walls are FEVE-type fluororesin architectural coatings that can be cured into a film at room temperature.
(1) Super long durability. Add super weather resistant pigments and fillers to FEVE type fluororesin to form a coating film with super long durability, artificial aging time of more than 5000h, and a durable life of more than 20 years when applied to exterior walls, which is 2~2 of traditional coatings. 5 times, and can maintain the original luster and color, not chalking, not falling off.
(2) Corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. In addition to good chemical inertness, fluororesin also has a high cross-linking density. The porosity of the coating film is extremely low, and the anti-permeation performance is excellent. It can prevent almost all acids, alkalis and organic solvents from penetrating the coating film. Its corrosion resistance and chemical resistance are 2 to 5 times that of traditional coatings.
(3) Good anti-fouling performance. The coating film formed by FEVE fluorine coating has the characteristics of low surface energy, low friction coefficient and non-stickiness, so it is difficult for dust and dirt to adhere to the surface of the coating film. Even if it is attached, it is very easy to clean, and it can be clean as new under natural rain washing.
(4) Strong adaptability. FEVE type fluorine coating can be used normally within a temperature range of 40~160℃, and can resist the complicated environment of severe cold and heat and alternating dry and wet.
(5) The adhesion strength of the coating film is high. Because the FEVE type fluorine coating introduces active functional groups in the resin molecule, it is easy to form a coating film with high adhesion strength by using a primer. For different base materials, as long as proper pretreatment is taken, good bonding strength can be obtained.
(6) The hardness of the coating film is high. The coating film formed by FEVE-type fluorine coating has good mechanical properties, especially the hardness can be improved by adding some reinforcing fillers, so the coating film is not easy to be scratched.
(7) Good construction performance. Like other solvent-based coatings, FEVE fluorine coatings can be applied by brushing, spraying, and rolling. However, the best surface quality of the coating film can be obtained when sprayed.
(8) Good decorative performance. The excellent decorative properties of FEVE-type fluorine coatings provide conditions for the creativity and perfect realization of architectural design. The coating film is noble and elegant, the surface is fine and smooth, and the color is uniform. Besides the color can be adjusted arbitrarily, it can also be made into special imitation gold, embossed, real stone paint and other decorative effects as required.
