Floor paint construction process
1. Waterproof treatment: the ground must have been waterproofed;
2. Treatment of plain land: polishing, repairing and dust removal should be done according to the condition of the plain land;
3. Epoxy primer: A roll-coated epoxy primer with strong permeability and adhesion is used to enhance the surface adhesion;
4. Epoxy soil approved: According to actual needs, it shall be constructed several times, and the requirements shall be smooth and free of holes, and shall be subject to no batch of knife marks and sanding marks;
5. Epoxy topcoat: two coats of solvent-based epoxy topcoat or anti-slip topcoat. After completion, the overall surface is bright and clean, the color is uniform, and there is no hollow drum;
6. Construction is completed: You can only get on people after 24 hours, and you can press hard after 72 hours.
Maintenance of floor paint
(1) For daily cleaning, you can use a soft broom or a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. If there is coarse sand or mud on the ground, it should be cleaned up in time to prevent the sand from grinding the ground and reduce ground abrasion;
(2) Use a neutral detergent for severe pollution, wash with a rag, and then wash with water, but please pay attention to the slippery floor;
(3) When chemicals such as acid and alkali are spilled on the ground, clean it with water in time, and wipe with a rag when spilled with seasonings, oil, etc.;
(4) If abrasion or scratches are caused by long time of use, a small area can be partially repaired. If the area is large, it is recommended to roll or trowel again;
(5) All hardware: such as iron chairs, iron tables, iron shelves, etc., whose feet must be wrapped with soft plastic or rubber to avoid scratching the ground during use;
(6) Please use hard or elastic casters for the wheels of carts and pallets, and try to avoid sudden braking;
(7) Try to avoid machine repair tools falling on the ground;
(8) Before the equipment enters the factory, lay a cardboard box on the floor to avoid scratching the ground during the transportation of the equipment;
(9) Waxing can be done in time to maintain the long-term beauty of the floor.
